Privacy policy

Short version

EarningsMoves is free and has no accounts. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics to count visits, and the only personal information we ever ask for is an email address if you choose to join the newsletter. We don't run advertising trackers and we don't sell data.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are used (for example page views, referring sites, country and browser type, in aggregate). It doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't build a profile of you or track you across sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Server logs

Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. We don't use them to identify you.

Cookies

The site doesn't set its own cookies.

Newsletter

When the signup form goes live, newsletter signups will be handled by Kit (kit.com), our email provider. We collect your email address only, use it only to send the EarningsMoves newsletter, include an unsubscribe link in every email, and never sell or share your address. Kit processes the address on our behalf under its own privacy policy (kit.com/privacy). To be removed, unsubscribe from any email or write to us.

Third-party data

Market data comes from public sources (CBOE delayed quotes, the Nasdaq earnings calendar and Yahoo Finance daily prices). Links to other sites are covered by their own privacy policies.

Not investment advice. EarningsMoves shows factual, publicly derived market data for information only. Options quotes are delayed (CBOE delayed data, typically 15+ minutes) and may be stale or wide; earnings dates come from Nasdaq's public calendar and can change. Expected moves are market estimates, not predictions. Verify everything before making any decision.
